Foundation

Designed to be portable.

Skids

4/6 or 6/6 Penta-pressure treated, large spike nails and blocks are used to anchor floor joists to skids.

Floor

Joists are 2/4 or 2/6 placed on 16" or 24" centers. Subfloor- 3/4" thick exterior glue plywood

Walls

2/4's yellow pine studs placed on 24" centers. Heights of 6.7 or 8' are availabel. Also lag screws and framing anchors are used.

Doors

36" or 48" wide exterior core door with lock and keyset. Frame doors available in various sizes if desired.

Windows

Top quality vertical aluminum sliders with shutters & screens. Sealed with caulking for moisture protection.

Roofing

Corrugated baked on enamel (white), steel roofing attached with steel nails and sealed to prevent leaking.

Siding

Steel, plain or baked on enamel (different colors available). Screws used in application on siding. (Also available: Steel, Masonite or hard board siding).

Trim

Steel, baked on enamel (different colors available). Sealed in corners and eaves with fiberglass insulation for weather resistance.

Special Features:

Hurricane Tie and Anchor System: walls to flooring.
